3. Services for Employers
3.1 Free Job Listings
Employers may post job vacancies on Recruitment Consults at no cost.
3.2 Featured (Paid) Job Listings
Employers may choose to upgrade job listings to Featured Jobs for increased
visibility, subject to the payment of applicable fees as displayed on the platform.
3.3 No Refund Policy (Employers)
In accordance with Nigerian commercial practice:
- All payments made for featured job postings are final and non-refundable.

No refunds shall be issued once a job has been posted, whether due to early removal,
expiration, modification, or failure to attract candidates.
4. Services for Job Seekers
4.1 Free Access
Job seekers may access the platform free of charge to:
- Create a profile
- View job listings
- Apply for available jobs
4.2 Premium Services
Job seekers may opt for paid Premium Services, which may include accelerated job
matching, priority applications, or enhanced profile visibility.
4.3 No Refund Policy (Job Seekers)
- All payments made for premium services are strictly non-refundable.
- Once payment is confirmed, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances.
5. User Conduct & Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information
- Not post false, misleading, fraudulent, discriminatory, or unlawful content
- Use the platform solely for lawful recruitment and employment-related purposes
Recruitment Consults reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate
these Terms or applicable Nigerian laws.
6. No Employment Guarantee
Recruitment Consults:
- Does not guarantee employment, interviews, hiring outcomes, or job placement
- Does not act as an employer, agent, or representative of employers or job seekers
All recruitment decisions and engagements remain solely between employers and candidates.
7. Data Protection & Privacy (NDPR Compliance)
Recruitment Consults processes personal data in compliance with the
Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
By using the platform, you consent to:
- The collection and processing of your personal data for recruitment-related purposes
- The sharing of relevant data between employers and job seekers where necessary
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any personal data submitted.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All platform content, including text, graphics, logos, software, and design, is the
exclusive property of Recruitment Consults and is protected under Nigerian intellectual
property laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Nigerian law, Recruitment Consults shall not be
liable for:
- Loss of employment opportunities, income, or business profits
- Disputes, misconduct, or misrepresentation between employers and job seekers
- Technical failures, data loss, or service interruptions
Use of the platform is entirely at the user’s own risk.
10. Suspension & Termination
Recruitment Consults reserves the right to:

Suspend or terminate any account without prior notice where there is a breach of
these Terms - Remove any job listing or user content deemed unlawful or inappropriate
Termination does not entitle any user to a refund.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
12. Amendments
Recruitment Consults reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes shall
become effective immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use constitutes
acceptance of the revised Terms.
